Automatic Floor Scrubber

Our regular maintenance of your automatic floor scrubber includes:

• Test operation of unit and assure all functions are working correctly
• Solution System
  • Inspect solution tank
  • Inspect and clean solution filter
  • Inspect drain hose
  • Lubricate solution lever pivots
• Recovery system
  • Inspect and clean recovery tank
  • Inspect and clean vacuum filter
  • Inspect squeegee and drain hoses for leaks or blockages
  • Measure vacuum pressure and flow
  • Assure that vacuum shut off mechanism is functioning correctly
  • Lubricate hinges

  • Disassemble and clean squeegee body
