What is your delivery schedule?
- We delivery to Sudbury & surrounding areas daily.
- Skead, Hanmer, Val Caron, & Capreol are delivered Wednesday & Friday
- Azilda, Chelmsford, & Dowling are delivered Tuesday & Thursday
- Whitefish, Espanola, HWY 17, Blind River, Elliot Lake, Massey, Nairn Centre, Spanish, & Webbwood are delivered Tuesday
- Sault Ste Marie is delivered Tuesday & Friday
- Timmins, Kirkland Lake, Gogama, & Levak are delivered Wednesday
- Manitoulin Island is delivered Thursday
- Parry Sound & HWY 69 is delivered Tuesday
- North Bay, Coniston, Wahnapitae, Sturgeon Falls, & HWY 17 are delivered Friday
Do you require a minimum order for delivery?
We have no minimum requirement for delivery
Do you charge for delivery?
As long as you are within our preset areas of delivery, we do not charge for delivery. All other orders are available to be shipped out via courier.
Do you carry environmentally friendly products?
We are committed to environmental sustainability by aligning ourselves with the best in the industry. We carry a wide range of green certified products including chemicals, paper disposables, packaging, garbage bags, and janitorial supplies. How do I track my shipment?
If you are inquiring as to when your delivery will arrive, please call our office and one of our staff will be happy to help you
Do you repair used equipment?
Yes, we have a full service repair department dedicated to fulfilling your needs. You can drop off any equipment in need of repair, or call our office to arrange for us to pick it up.
I’m looking for a product and cannot find it on your website, what now?
We have several thousand products available to order. If you have problems finding what you need, contact our office and our staff will be happy to help you.
Do you offer WHIMIS Training?
We offer WHIMIS Training for all of our clients & their staff. To schedule a training session please contact our office.
Do you sell to the General Public?
Of course, we always welcome new customers to call or stop by. However we do encourage new customers to open an account so we can track your purchases in an effort to serve you more efficiently.
Do you offer Product Demonstrations?
Our staff pride themselves on being the most knowledgeable team in the industry. If you’d like us to train your staff on a product we’d be more than happy to offer our experience and advice. To schedule a training session, please contact out office, we’d love to work with you
